If you are assigned a date, please e-mail me with your speaker/guest so I can record it on the list and let everyone know about upcoming speakers. Please let me know a month in advance (if possible). Also, if you have a program that you would like to present on a different date than your assigned date, please contact the person who is assigned the date to see if they will swap with you. Let me know so I can keep the list up to date.

We are scheduled one month in advance. it would be a good idea to keep the schedule full.
Also, it would be a good idea for each member to call the speaker he or she has scheduled a couple of days ahead of time to remind them they are on the schedule. This reminder will insure the speaker is going to be there and save that embarrassing moment when a speaker forgets hs has made a committment and doesn't show.
